Heat a dry skillet or add a small amount of oil/butter over medium heat.
Place the tortilla flat in the pan.
Sprinkle cheese evenly over one half of the tortilla.
Add any veggies or protein if using.
Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.
Cook for 1–2 minutes per side, pressing lightly with a spatula, until golden and crispy and the cheese is fully melted.
Remove from the pan, let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!
